In her role, Rochelle is responsible for leading the global Product Authority Team, whose mission includes Innovative products, unparalleled customer engagement, and outstanding sustainability leadership. Rochelle is guided by the importance of truth, transparency, and the continued support of those that are taking action to address pressing environmental and social justice issues. In 2014, Rochelle was recognized as one of the top 10 most powerful women leaders in sustainability. In 2017, she organized the Women in Sustainability Leadership Alumnae Group, of which she is now the Chair.
