With over 18 years of experience, Christopherhas developed knowledge of the design and construction industry from multiple perspectives, from preconstruction and estimating to project management.Christopheris skilled at bringing project teams together to find sustainable and cost-effective solutions.With extensive expertise in green building, and in particular cost benefit and life cycle analysis, Christopherhas been instrumental in the planning and execution of numerous LEED and Net Zero Energy projects, helping clients realize all of their sustainability goals.Most recently, Christopherplayed an integral role in the creation of DPR’s most recent targeted LEED-CI Platinum, NetZero Energy, and WELL Building Certified office in Reston, Va.As a leader in the green building industry, Christopherhas been actively involved as a Board of Director with the Virginia Sustainable Building Network from2006-2010,and on the Board of Directors for the National Capital Region Chapter of the USGBCfor three years. He served as a member of the DC Green Building Task Force, charged with writing and promoting the 2006 Green Act, and contributed to “A Clean City, The GREEN Construction Story” a children’s book released in the fall of 2008. As a LEED accredited professional since 2003 his efforts have been to promote sustainability in the Mid-Atlantic region and, more recently, throughout DPR’s east coast operations.
