Rochelle Routman is the Chief Sustainability Officer of Aspecta, a leader in the resilient flooring industry, where she draws from her background in the natural sciences and her passion for environmental and human health. In her role, Rochelle is responsible for leading the global Product Authority Team, whose mission includes Innovative products, unparalleled customer engagement, and outstanding sustainability leadership. Rochelle is guided by the importance of truth, transparency, and the continued support of those that are taking action to address pressing environmental and social justice issues. In 2014, Rochelle was recognized as one of the top 10 most powerful women leaders in sustainability. In 2017, she organized the Women in Sustainability Leadership Alumnae Group, of which she is now the Chair.
